June 20th - 22nd – Chicago, IL Supreme Novelty Fabrics 3-Day Workshop
Classes Thursday	Fashion Forecast 2014, Sew Like a Pro, Grading, Designing & Fitting Skirts 10:00am to 4:00pm
Class Friday	Fitting & Designing for the "Girls" 10:00am to 4:00pm Everyone in attendance on Friday will be fitted with a pre-made blouse pattern by Connie (CS1201). This pattern covers ladies from sizes 8-20 and 1X to 6X from A/B cup, C/D/DD cup, DDD/F/G cup, and H/I cup. Please wear appropriate undergarments for the fitting.

June 25 – Grand Rapids, MI ASG Grand Rapids 1-DAY Workshop
Class	Fitting & Designing for the "Girls"
Details	Everyone in attendance will be fitted with a blouse sloper. Supplies needed: paper scissors, scotch tape, plastic ruler (18x2" gridded) and a stapler.
Time	9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Price	$55 for members or $65 for non-members Fee includes lunch, class kit and a Coni Crawford pattern which can be altered with information learned in class. Lunch will be a boxed lunch. Choices not available yet.

Details	This is a special fitting and design workshop. Everyone in attendance will be fitted with a pre-made blouse pattern by Connie (CS1201). Connie will demonstrate how to interchange various pattern pieces to make a blouse, vest, dress or jacket design of your own in addition to many pattern and draping techniques. This pattern covers ladies from sizes 8-20 and 1X to 6X from A/B cup, C/D/DD cup, DDD/F/G cup, and H/I cup. Bring one design you would like to know how to make.

September 13th & 14th, 2013 – Poulsbo, WA 2-Day Design and Pattern Workshop
Topics Friday	Sew Like a Pro Hear the inside scoop for tips and techniques used in the garment industry to sew fast and achieve professional results. Learn how to produce smooth sleeve caps, which is the best foot for zipper & gathering; perfect topstitching; setting invisible & mock fly zippers, insert pockets, along with fail proof methods for working with slippery fabrics or fabrics with pile. Mix and Match Styling Learn to mix and match various design details from other patterns. Details of necklines, collars, sleeves, yokes etc. Drafting, Fitting and Styling Skirts and Pants Three skirt slopers will be demonstrated to give you the staring points to develop quick, easy skirt designs or to copy your favorite designer. Learn which sloper to use to create a multitude of skirts, including fitted skirts, skirts with fullness, and skirts with style lines. You will also learn how to fit different waistline shapes and keep the hem parallel to the floor, how to design yokes, fitted & flared gores, kick pleats, style lines, sarongs, flounces and more.
Topics Saturday	Learning to Design by Referencing a Sketch or Photo Using a master blouse pattern, and drawing from her 35 years in the fashion industry, Connie will demonstrate how to use this custom blouse pattern to style any blouse, vest, dress or jacket design of your own and how to interchange various patter pieces from other existing patterns. Connie will use Patternmaking Made Easy and cover the entire book within this 2-day workshop.
