Blouse: The comfortable, lightly fitted blouse features a wide sweetheart neckline and delicate angel sleeves. Neckline facings are included in this EASY-TO-SEW project.

Skirt: Styling makes the flounce skirt an exciting outlet for creativity! The skirt flounce could be cut from a variety of fabrics. Sizes XS - XL include a separate waistband and have a side pocket opening. Sizes XXL - 6X have side seam pockets and an elastic waistline that is especially shaped for full figured women.

NOTIONS: Skirt: XS - XL: Two Hook and Eye Closures, 11/4 yds. of 3/4" Elastic (Optional). XXL - 6X: 13/4 yds. of 3/4" Elastic.

FABRICS: Lightweight Cotton, Silk, Rayon, Linen, Poly or Poly Blends with Soft Draping Qualities. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. Allow extra fabric to match plaids or stripes. Use nap yardages/layouts for pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics.
