When finished, proceed to the checkout area to verify your order and complete your payment. You will receive email confirmations when your order is processed and shipped.

SINGLE SIZE vs. MULTI-SIZE?:
Single size clearance patterns are our old stock and printing format. Originally, we packaged each pattern with only one size per package. As our inventory of styles grew, it became necessary to condense our packaging into multi-size packages (several sizes or all sizes in one package.) Our best-sellers and new patterns are all available in multi-size packaging. Single size and clearance patterns will be discontinued once we sell out of all stock.
**All clearance patterns must be ordered by calling our office we need to verify that we still have your size left in stock.**

RETURN POLICY
Here at Fashion Patterns by Coni we stand behind what we sell. But we also know that we can’t always be perfect. If we’ve sold you a defective or otherwise invalid product, by all means we will get on top of the situation and make sure you get a replacement as quickly as possible.
All returns must be made within 90 days of your original purchase date. You must contact our office prior to returning any items. All returns will be for credit only. Refunds are rare and will only be issued under mitigating circumstances and must be addressed on an individual basis.
However, we will not be held responsible for improper use or negligent care of any items.
All returned items must be in their original condition. We will not issue credits or refunds if we find that returned items have been tampered with.
A note on our DVDs: they have been tested to be quite compatible with current players.
If you have a DVD that you have determined to be “incompatible” with your player, the same policy applies.
Cancellations of classes or seminars will be refunded in full minus the non-refundable deposit.

Just place the order as you would normally through the website.
At checkout, type the following into the special instructions box:

then the name of your instructor / professor
then the school / institution you attend
We will adjust the order upon receiving it and send an email confirmation when it ships out.
